At Sunday & Lola, we are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience! You can exchange or return your purchase from Sunday & Lola according to the following guidelines:

Change of Heart

If you are not pleased with your selection, please email us at hello@sundayandlola.com within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Returns are accepted for any reason, for most products, as long as we receive the item back within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

• For merchandise returned within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. 
• We'll gladly accept returns for unused merchandise. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.  
• Final Sale Policy: all sale items marked as Final Sale upon purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Damaged or defective items 

• In the unlikely event your purchase arrives either damaged or defective, we will quickly issue you a replacement at no charge. Please notify us of the issue within 72 hours of receipt of the purchase. 
• Some items from Sunday & Lola are handcrafted from raw materials and thus, come with an acceptable variation in both tone, color, finish and texture. These variations are not grounds for a claim. 
• Please contact hello@sundayandlola.com and we will issue you a replacement or refund.
